Program
The Legal Vocation Fellowship is a 15-month program for early-career attorneys (approximately 2-5 years into legal practice) seeking to integrate Christian faith and whole-life discipleship into the practice of law. The program consists of four phases — 1.) Orientation, 2.) Training, 3.) Growth, and 4.) Reflection — that will include advance readings, written reflections, teachings, and discussions. Each of these phases will include sessions that will qualify for CLE credit. Phase II is in-person in St. Louis, Missouri and Phase IV is in-person in Chicago, Illinois. For Phases I and III, fellows and mentors from the same region will gather together and connect virtually with our speakers and the other regional cohorts over Zoom.
Program Structure
All regional gatherings for Phase I and Phase III are held from 7:30pm-9:30pm CT (5:30pm-7:30pm PT & 8:30pm-10:30pm ET). Fellows will be assigned short readings and asked to submit brief (300-500 word) reflections prior to each zoom session for Phase I and Phase III.
Phase I: Orientation
Each Phase I cohort meeting will include front-end content by LVF Faculty over Zoom with the full fellows class, followed by in-person regional cohort discussions led by regional mentors.
